PROGRAM ADVERTISING 2012
Full Page (7 1/2" X 10") - $200
Half Page (4 7/8" X 7 1/2") - $125
Quarter Page (3 5/8" X 4 7/8") - $100
Business Card (3 1/2" X 2") - $50
All advertisements must be professional quality,as a digital file and received with payment in full no later than September 12th in order to meet our program-printing schedule.
Digital files will be accepted in either QuarkXPress, EPS, or PDF formats only. Please send digital files with all pictures and fonts used. Files will be accepted on 3.5" diskette, 100 MB Zip Disk, or CD ROM media. Digital files must be accompanied with a printout of the advertisement. Without this printout, we will not accept responsibility for how your advertisement looks once the program is printed. Vendors Information

Only one Vendor per product is allowed and will be situated outside the Ballroom in the Pre-Function area.
Vendors must take out a full-page advertisement in the Official Program at $200. Cover a portion of the cost for nighttime Security for two nights (2011 was $100 total for the two nights). One (1) 6' or 8' table is available per vendor for your display without charge. Additional tables are available at $25 per table. A 10% commission on gross sales at the Hawai'i Star Ball is payable at the end of the event.
