Package 'A' and 'B' prices are firm. No Substitutions will be allowed.
Package 'A' must be booked and paid for in advance by September 6th to ensure Hilton Hawaiian Village accommodation and rates. Rooms will not be booked by us until paid for. In 2006 and 2007 we oversold our room block. Please book early to insure Hilton Hawaiian Village accommodations and table seating.
Rooms at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Tapa Tower and Diamond Head Tower, are all "Garden View".
We do have a very, very limited number (4) of Ocean View Executive Double Rooms and a very limited number of one-bedroom Ocean View Suites. (Note that an "Ocean View" Room is not the same as an "Ocean Front" Room). These rooms will be given out on a first come first served basis. The prices listed below are wholesale prices. Students should contact their Studio or Teacher for comprehensive prices to attend the Hawai'i Star Ball.
Individual Tickets (a la carte) are available for each day and can be purchased at the door. However, the Tuesday evening Reception and the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening Dinner/Dance tickets should be reserved at least 3 days in advance.

Garden View Rooms at Hilton Hawaiian Village (Tapa or Diamond Head Towers) are $280 per room per night for Single or Double occupancy.
