Package 'A' and 'B' prices are firm. No Substitutions will be allowed.
Package 'A' must be booked and paid for in advance by September 6th to ensure Hilton Hawaiian Village accommodation and rates. Rooms will not be booked by us until paid for. In 2006 and 2007 we oversold our room block. Please book early to insure Hilton Hawaiian Village accommodations and table seating.
Rooms at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Tapa Tower and Diamond Head Tower, are all "Garden View".
We do have a very, very limited number (4) of Ocean View Executive Double Rooms and a very limited number of one-bedroom Ocean View Suites. (Note that an "Ocean View" Room is not the same as an "Ocean Front" Room). These rooms will be given out on a first come first served basis. The prices listed below are wholesale prices. Students should contact their Studio or Teacher for comprehensive prices to attend the Hawai'i Star Ball.
Individual Tickets (a la carte) are available for each day and can be purchased at the door. However, the Tuesday evening Reception and the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening Dinner/Dance tickets should be reserved at least 3 days in advance.

Front table seating will be allocated on Wednesday, Thursday,and Friday nights to all fully paid Package holders on a first come first served basis.

Price is per person, based on double occupancy. For single occupancy please add $516.
Additional nights for package 'A' holders only are $258 per room per night incl. tax and are subject to availability.

Daytime admission to all competitive events, starting Wednesday morning.
Reserved seats Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings.
Tuesday evening Welcome Reception - Experience first class Hawaiian hospitality. Meet old friends and make new ones. Mingle with your fellow dancers, judges and officials.
Wednesday evening E Komo Mai Grand Ball – Chinese Dinner served family style, Chinese Lion Dancers during cocktails, Competitions, Professional 5-dance Ballroom Show
Thursday evening Sit down Dinner & Dancing, hula performance during dinner - Amateur & Professional Competitions, Professional 5-dance Latin Show.
Friday evening Grand Mahalo Ball -- Hawaiian Buffet Dinner, Competitions. Professional Showdance routines by our visiting demonstrators.

Package 'B' is exactly the same as Package 'A'
Without Hotel accommodation.
This Package is for those who: -
Have arranged their own accommodation; already have accommodation in Hawai‘i; wish to use their Hilton Honors points; can get accommodation through their travel agent or Airline Frequent Flyer program.
